    Hotel was closed at the prearranged arrival time (4pm). Had to call to get someone to come to the hotel and get us booked in. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. No breakfast despite we paid for it. Nobody around in the morning to check out or ask about breakfast. Poor all round

    Hotel door locked and no one inside so had to find a phone number to call. Eventually a man came and let us in. Found out he had us booked (and had charged us) for two rooms when we only wanted one. No breakfast mentioned. Room was clean but no tea or coffee facility as mentioned in the advert. No staff on hand in the morning when we checked out so no breakfast as paid for. Thank God it was a one night stop
