    The building is located right next to the bus that will take you directly to Taitung Main Station. Staff are super helpful. Common area is very nice with some free refreshments and snacks. The room itself was fine. The worst part of it all is the single washroom is located INSIDE the room. It is one of those ones where the shower and toilet are right beside each other, and the sink is outside. So later in the evening when everyone wants to shower, prepare to hold your bladder (or go to the reception area).

    There is no lift and we were given room at Level 5. Fortunately we were able to change room to sister hotel for additional charges

    Human check-in and check-out, clean, organized, mix dorm had nice shower with nice soap, nice neighborhood, hot and cold filtered water, very practical.

    Booking this hotel was a mistake for us that I didn't aware there wasn't a lift at all. We managed to lift our suitcases upstairs, but I would have booked the hotel next door if I knew there wasn't a lift. It would be fine for backpackers or travellers with light baggages
