    During my check-in at approximately 12:00 midnight, I experienced one of the most unprofessional arrivals I have ever encountered. The front desk staff who was checking me in was more interested in having a conversation with another guest about big bikes than attending to his responsibilities. Instead of focusing on completing my check-in, he kept chatting while I was left standing at the counter for almost 10 minutes, feeling completely ignored. It is unacceptable to keep a guest waiting while engaging in a personal conversation. The priority should always be to complete the check-in process first and then continue any non-work-related discussion. This is basic customer service. Guests deserve to be acknowledged, treated with respect, and served promptly. The behaviour displayed by your staff was disrespectful, unprofessional, and not representative of the standards I expect from your hotel. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed to ensure no other guest has to endure the same experience.

    10/ 10 “Pleasant Stay. Quiet. Relaxing Vibe !” ✅ courteous Staffs✅ Clean lobby and corridor, pathways. ✅ All Beautiful decos. ✅ Good precaution for safety hazards. ✅ Spacious clean room. Comfy bed. Bedsheets. Pillows. ✅ Clean shower room. I like the color. ✅ Awesome water pressure. ✅Absolutely Quiet environment. ✅ Easy and lots of parking spaces. ✅ Easy check in and out.
