I would rate **El Ranchero Hotel** 4 out of 5 stars.
For the price, this is a good, moderate hotel that offers solid value. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, better than at many places where I've stayed. They always seemed happy to assist with anything I needed.
The bed was very clean, the sheets were fresh, and the bedding quality was better than I expected for this price range. The soap and shampoo were basic, similar to what you find in most budget hotels, but everything was clean and well maintained.
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent customer service at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend El Ranchero Hotel.
