The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and answered all of our questions! We greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the water station outside. We personally booked the accessible room, and were impressed by the shower which included a shower seat, mat, and bars for holding! The room had a great view as well, overall amazing!

The staff, the room, the location are great and amazing. The only complaint with the room is their ECO friendly AC/HEAT. The AC basically turn on ONCE for 2 minutes and it never turn on again. I get being ECO friendly but set the AC/Heat to turn on in a consistent time. We seriously felt claustrophobic not having any air in the room. This made our stay not as comfortable and quite annoying.

Fantastic location, unmatched views, easy free parking, very clean rooms, nicely renovated. Front desk lady had a hell of an attitude on her, glazed with disinterest, unpleasant, curt when met with kindness. She can kick absolute rocks but I'd stay there again. Good deal!

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Right in the heart of Sedona, easy walking to everything in town and unbelievable views. Staff was super nice, room was spotless, hot shower and comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Walls and ceilings are paper thin. Could hear upstairs neighbors’ suitcases roll around. Could hear our neihbor’s alarm through the walls. He was the only who couln’t hear it since it went for a while. Breakfast consists of a couple cereal bars. No juice.

Extremely convenient location in Sedona. Motel Is located in “uptown“, with use the access to many restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and well maintained. We would be glad to stay there again.

The screen door to the balcony was off the track. Some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. But the room was nice and cozy with a beautiful view. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. However, had I known about the "on the go breakfast" I would not have stayed here for the rate I was charged for it.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it but this time the hot tub was closed. It was the main reason I booked here, to have a relaxing outdoor soak at the end of a long day. It was at check-in that they said it was closed. So frustrating because I definitely would have stayed somewhere else. There’s too many options in Sedona to have to stay somewhere without amenities.

We loved our stay at the Matterhorn Inn! The mountain view was stunning and the room was cozy. We were in the middle of all the shops and restaurants which was convenient. We also enjoyed connecting with some of the staff during our stay and will definitely will come back here!! Thank you so much :)
