    Our room faced the freeway. I was concerned we would hear the traffic all night, but that was not the case. There was a small barking dog in the room across the hall that we only heard when we were in the hall. Room was clean, bathroom needed help. Walls by the sink had toothpaste splatter. Shower water pressure was low. But overall, good experience.

    My stay at this hotel in 2020 was quite positive, although my recent visit was less so. The check-in process was still efficient, but I did notice that one of the elevators was out of service, causing some inconvenience. Upon entering my room, I was met with a strong odor from the carpet, which could be improved by replacing it with hard flooring. The couch also had some noticeable stains, which made me hesitant to use it. The towels in the bathroom looked worn and could have been replaced with newer ones to improve the overall experience. One unexpected issue I encountered was that the hotel ran out of extra pillows on the first night, which was surprising given that this is usually a standard provision. Parking was a bit of a challenge, with many work trucks taking up valuable space and some guests parking inefficiently. However, the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. With some upgrades and better management of the facilities, this hotel has the potential to provide a much more enjoyable experience. As it stands, I’m not sure if I will return in the future, but I believe with the right changes, this hotel could be a top choice for many guests.
