By mistake booked an accessible room. This shouldn’t really be a problem but the shower floor was badly damaged and paint or tile all peeling up. There’s no way you could use in bare feet as it would cut your feet. I spoke to staff and they said it was due to wheelchairs and the room is constantly booked out so no time to fix. The shower was worse than at a campsite. Luckily they had one other room left and they could switch us, however it would cost an extra $25 a night. I felt we should have been switched for free, however they couldn’t do it because we had a different room type - deluxe. I was happy there was at least another room. So the other room was definitely better than the first but it was still terrible, here’s a list of pros and cons: Pro Shower pressure was excellent. AC worked well temperature wise. Staff all friendly. Cons The room smelled absolutely terrible. I don’t think it was the floor as that was laminate. I think it was the couch. Mold in the bathroom above shower. Bath faucet leaked constantly. Sink cracked. Toilet had brown stains at bend and brown behind seat. It 100% had not been cleaned properly or at all. Bed mattress was so soft it was like a sofa bed mattress. Wife got sore back. Breakfast was grab and go which I knew beforehand. What I didn’t realize was it was just a cereal bar and muffin from the lobby. No shampoo, have to ask lobby if you want. AC unit was incredibly loud, hard to sleep. First room was not ready and it took ages to check in. Was faster to switch to second room though. If you just want a bed for the night and don’t care about cleanliness or everything working then maybe you’d be ok with this place. For everyone else there are many reasons that this place is so much cheaper than nearby places to stay.

Room is clean upon check in. But they don't clean it regularly. After a week stay. They did not clean it. Have to ask for new towel.

The price is amazing. The room was clean. They are a bit outdated, but they have what we needed. I was surprised there was not a blow dryer in the room. Unfortunately, our neighbor's dogs did not like being left in the room by themselves and went on a barking rampage. The front desk was attentive to our issue with this, but they really can't do anything if nobody is in the room. I would definitely stay again.

I booked this hotel thinking it was a basic hotel, and it was, but the others occupants were a concern and we decided to forgo our paid hotel and leave. The facility is very old, and people were smoking weed next door , etc. The staff are professional. The advertised breakfast is not in a dining room, it is muffins/tea/coffee.
