I stayed here for 4 nights staff are pleasant. Rooms very basic but worth the price. Good location with the beach and faliraki town centre with restaurants shops and bars being only a 10 minute walk away.

As a resort destination for those who are either working to a budget or like us, wanted a room only/self catering apartment to use as a base, Nikos Studios is just perfect.
The apartments are located just a ten minute walk from the lively/bustling centre of Faliraki, and within just a couple of minutes walk of at least three beaches.
The location is excellent as it is situated in a quiet area, we had a North facing apartment, so we could enjoy the beach during the day and then relax on our balcony and enjoy the sun setting over the Mountains in the evening. The rooms are light and airy and comprise of a small kitchenette area, Bedroom (twin singles), WC/Shower-room & balcony. The owner has recently installed new 32" LCD TV's and Wi-Fi is available in the property.
The rooms are well maintained and both the Owner & Staff offer a warm & friendly welcome.

Great location 5 minutes walk to the beach 10 minutes to the main strip of Falaraki, supermarket just round the corner, the host Vasilis was brilliant immediately sent me links to all restaurants and tourist spots on what’s app and you could message anytime on that if you had a query or problem
