I spent four nights here in early March, and the hotel was everything I wanted. It was perched at the edge of town which made it quieter than in the city and had incredible views of the city and valley. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing - so much food it was tough to eat it all. The tea time with cake in the evening was a nice touch. The rooftop area was so nice to relax and watch other the city, including early mornings to see all the balloons.
Most importantly though, the service was top notch. They definitely went above and beyond for me during my stay and I'll always cherish that. I highly recommend staying here and know I definitely will when I return.

This was an exceptional stay for me and my family. The property had an excellent location, with the most amazing staff. The breakfast was amazing and they promptly addressed any of our requests. The host and the staff tried their best to accommodate us during and even after our stay, which added so much to our experience.

Incredible experience in Goreme thanks to Gedik Cave Hotel and their excellent hospitality. Nihat, the current owner, and his team were so friendly, ready to help at any time. They helped us find a rental car for a short day trip, booked our airport shuttles, gave us recommendations aplenty. The breakfast was delicious each morning on the terrace with a view of the city, and they even packed us a “to-go” breakfast when we checked out in the early morning to catch our flight. On top of all that, the hotel itself was magical, with two terraces to watch the hot air balloons in the morning, or enjoy a beverage at night after dinner. The rooms were lovely, and helped the whole trip feel like a true Cappadocian experience. We were sad to leave as it was such a special stay, and will cherish it for a long time!
