The reservation was easy. The check-in and check-out process were all going smoothly. The room was ok, quite big but the interior was missed so there’s spaces that can’t be useful, there’s windows but nothing to view. The bathroom was big, with separate shower and bath tub, there’s automatic jet spray on the toilet. Amenities: there’s only towels and slippers. Breakfast food was standard, there’s some cold and hot dishes, the taste was acceptable. Didn’t know about other facility as we didn’t use them. Negative: there’s no concierge, and the electrical socket in the room was not an international electrical socket.

We stayed in Hualien Holiday Hotel for two nights last week. The hotel feels like brand new with all the modern amenities and even a laundromat on 5th floor (charges apply) that is open from 7.30am to 9.30pm. Breakfast spread was also very good with mix of western and Chinese. There are also a lot of food options nearby, some of them open until midnight. For this price point, I seriously doubt if you can do any better in Hualien.

Hotel is clean and surrounded with nice restaurant. Location about 20 min walk to hualien dongdamen night market. The vehicle parking is located behind the hotel and we can access through the rear door.

The hotel is in quiet a good location with plenty of food outlet nearby. The room is clean and tidy. With the rate it is charging there is no complain. The hotel also provide free parking at the back and also coin operated laundry available in level 5.
