Very nice. We stayed only one night but this is also perfect for staying longer. Access to washingmashine, dryer, kitchen etc. Just like home.

Location was great and the room was ok and clean. Toilets, showers, corridors and kitchen were all very dirty. Breakfast for the morning was brought to the fridge in our room the night before. We were gone when somebody brought the breakfast and that somebody left the door of our room unlocked. It was unlocked many hours and it is not a very good thing when all of our luggage and stuff were there...

Good quality at a reasonable price. Great location, right in the middle of the city. Easy to find, free parking place. Room, bathrooms, toilets very celan, no complains at all. Breakfast quite poor but better than nothing. If I need, I'll stay at this place one more time without hesitating.

This B&B requires a door code to enter. It would help if Hotels.com included this information in the confirmation email as then one would know to call in advance and ask for it if it didn't arrive by a certain time. As it was, we arrived after an exhausting 10 hour drive, to find ourselves locked out and without a code. After three phone calls, the owner called us back and gave us the code. I was not impressed and said so. Then, whilst we were putting the cover on the duvet (you have to do this yourself; the sheets are clean but not ironed), he arrived to tell me off for being disrespectful and to tell me I should go to Scandic if I wanted good service. (I think this was an excellent suggestion.) He continued the punishment in the morning by not leaving us a breakfast bag. The breakfast bags contain two slices of cheese and two of ham and a yoghurt, so we didn't miss much. There is plenty of Polar bread and a coffee machine which only delivers hot chocolate and hot water for tea. It's a hostel in a handy location. If we had received better service, we would return frequently. As it was, we will take his advice and go to Scandic in the future. It was a lose-lose situation.

The hotel was closed at the time of my arrival. Nobody sent any message about it. Nobody informed a door code. Nobody answered on my calls from the hotel door. I was forced to find a new hotel in the middle of the night at minus 10 degree temperature outside. Never more this accommodation. I recommend: do not book this accommodation !!!

Hotel is no frills and very basic with no en suite shower or toilet. TV is not provided in the room. However, cooking facility are provided along with a TV room, and the shower/toilet rooms provided are clean with no problems to report. Breakfast was very basic (packed lunch type left in fridge). Receptionist was shared with a downstairs sports club and was not available at all hours. To conclude, a reasonable hotel if on a tight budget.

One thing lacking is blackout curtains so bring a sleep mask! Also, there isn't a full time person at reception so read the fine print about check in/check out & when you'll be able to pay.
