Warm and Comfy no-frills enclave close to the office in Skelleftea.

Nice Warm and Comfy Room, and Hotel - well insulated against snow and very cold weather on Day 2. Very Nice Breakfast, Excellent scrambled eggs.

Scandinavian hotels can explore having a simple coffee and tea "station" in hotel rooms. This seems to be a general trend that it is not available in hotels..?

Excellent food and the freshly baked bread was amazing! Nice restaurant area

Beds were very small, 80cm. Pillows were not good. In a 4star hotel I would expect both shampoo and conditioner to be provided (not a general hair/body wash) and there to be a bin in the bathroom

Breakfast was good. After long trip, sauna and pool was a good relaxation.

1. Hotel staff was not friendly with poor English knowledge. 2. Our room was not cleaned properly - rubbish bin was not empty. 3. Hot tube was dirty and with some sand in the water. In general, I would suggest to think about cleaning standards.

Good with evening meals, breakfast was good.

Very expensive, I left 1 night earlier even though i informed the desk of this in good time they still wanted to charge me. The room although comfy was hot and noisy.

nicely out of the city center right in the e4 with fee parking

plugs need updating to usb sockets, pankcakes come out at the weekend but not on a week day, no laundry facilities for washing of clothes, duvet filling was bumpy meaning old duvet

Pleasant and friendly hotel.

The breakfast was great, the room was really well cleaned and the staff were friendly.

I do think you need to get better blackout curtains in the rooms, though! And the mattress for the bed in room 211 was a little too soft. But I'd stay with you again.

Very simple hotel, nothing special

Although the last-minute booking, the hotel has welcomed us. The room was clean and essential.

The hotel doesn't give a receipt at the check-out because they said that booking.com would have sent it. I found this method a bit uncorrect because I had to leave without a receipt and the risk to not have a refund from my company.

Ein gutes Hotel für geschäftliche Übernachtungen.

Das Frühstück war gut und für jeden was dabei. Das Zimmer mit Doppelbett war sehr klein und ohne Ablagen, aber alleine ging es und Arbeiten konnte man im Foyer. Das Bad war augenscheinlich relativ neu renoviert und sehr schön.

Das Abendbüffet war an beiden Tagen sehr einseitig mit jeweils einer Fleischsorte und einer warmen Beilage, aber qualitativ ok.

Bra läge nära E4,men ändå lugnt. Sköna sängar. Middag och frukost var vällagad. Positivt att få ta katten med sig. Härligt med poolen och bastu

Fönstret gick att öppna men det fanns ingen spärr så vi kunde inte sova med öppet fönster trots värmen. Fanns ingen AC.

Rommet var veldig enkelt, varmt og lite privat da det lå rett ved en utgangsdør.
