    I booked this hotel primarily because it was advertised online as having a fitness center. Access to a treadmill and basic gym equipment was one of my main criteria when choosing where to stay for seven days. Before booking, I could not find clear photos of the gym, but multiple online sources still listed a fitness center as one of the hotel’s facilities. I also tried to contact the hotel directly but was unable to get confirmation. When I arrived, I discovered that there is no fitness center at all. There is only a spa. A spa is not a fitness center and does not provide the treadmill, weights, elliptical machine, or exercise equipment I specifically expected based on the advertised information. This is not a minor inconvenience. I made my booking decision based on a facility that does not exist, and because the reservation is already paid, cancelling now could mean losing a substantial amount of money. I believe the hotel and the booking platform should correct this information immediately and consider an appropriate refund, partial refund, or compensation for guests who booked based on the inaccurate listing. For future guests: if a gym or treadmill is important to you, do not rely on the current fitness-center description without confirming directly with the hotel first.

    The staff was really organized, helpful , and always available. I could not find a single flaw in the room's and hotel's cleanliness. The location is perfect as it's 10 minutes away from the major streets so there is very little sound disturbance. You have access to metro and buses that basically take you anywhere you want. The only slight inconvenience was that they did not allow food or drinks from outside which is understandable. Also the walls are really thin in the rooms but we thankfully never had loud neighbors.

    Disappointing Stay – Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service I booked Veyron Hotels & Spa in Istanbul specifically because the hotel advertised a fitness centre with gym equipment and a treadmill. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that these facilities did not exist. The hotel only had a spa, making the advertised amenities misleading. There were also unexpected restrictions on outside food deliveries that were not clearly disclosed before booking. I formally complained to Agoda regarding these issues, but received no response or resolution. This lack of accountability and customer service is extremely disappointing. I strongly advise fellow travellers to verify advertised amenities before booking this hotel.
