    We are a group of ladies. The hotel location along the main road makes us feel safe and it’s a good landmark for calling grab rides. Just that vehicles can’t wait along main road so do get on and off your ride quickly. Room is clean and breakfast is good. McDonalds is 24 hours and just next door 😉

    The hotel is located near the dragon bridge with lots of ATM and shops nearby. The staff are all helpful. You should stay in Vanda Hotel when you you visit Da Nang.

    What can I say other than what an exquisite suite in this wonderful hotel! My husband and I stayed in the grand suite on the 17th floor. Upon entering the room, we were welcomed with a beautiful Swan towel arrangement with rose petals strewn on the bed. We also had a beautiful chocolate cake and fresh fruit welcoming us. There was a handwritten note addressed to us both welcoming us. The room is modern yet nostalgic and spacious. And that view is amazing, day and night. The bed was super comfortable in room 1704. Robes and slippers provided. The a/c worked fine, but I needed another fan to blow on me during my sleep time. I called room service and within five minutes, they were at my door with an oscillating fan! We had cocktails at the rooftop bar in the evening. What a beautiful sight to see the city hustling and bustling below but no traffic noise. We had a couples foot massage, compliments of the hotel. The spa area is serene and the ladies performing foot massages were gentle yet firm enough to give us great foot therapy after all-day walkings. Customer service was impeccable. Thank you Truc, Thuy, Binh & Tan. And spa ladies! The doorman opened the door for us with a smile every time we came or went. They watched our luggage while we explored Da Nang on our last day. Thank you to Dieu, Thu Phuong, Tham, Uyen, Dang Trinh, & Phuong, together everyone provided us with a lovely experience! Upon my return to Da Nang, I am definitely staying at the Vanda Hotel, and I want that grand suite again! ~Mr & Mrs John Gonzales

    I had book the wrong type for a twin room, However, I had put in a request for a single large bed when I book the hotel 2 months before. Upon reaching, I found, that I had book the wrong type. I tried to request for a room change and was told that they cannot assist but instead they suggest that I pay for a upgrade to a king size bed on the upper floor. I tried to explain that I had made the bed request 2 months ago and she just turn me off. She just refuse to help to change the room for me. I notice that there were king size bed available just 3 rooms away from me. Really bad experience.
