    I came in group of 8 person with my friends. We came around 12 am that time since we use the last flight. We book 4 rooms, and 2 of the rooms had problem start from day 1. Receptionist is sleeping (my first time experiencing receptionist sleeping at couch, and we as guest need to wake him up) The electricity in room 1 that night is error, so we cannot use the room, and for room 2, the air conditioning isn’t working, make the room very hot and uncomfortable. Then we ask for another room to change, but all are full book. So finally we get leftover room by other guests that already checked out before (in my experience its very uncomfortable using room that are left by others without being cleaned first). There are no housekeeping at night, and because we are very tired, we dont have another choice T_T. The hotel only have 1 elevator both for guest, services, and staff. So it really take long time just to go to upper floor. On the third day, the room besides my room is renovated, and the smoke and renovation dust are coming to our room,and again, in elevator, there will be time that you meet renovation staff bringing wall in the same elevator 🤣. Again when i asking another room for change, they cannot give it since it is really full book without any spare room or compensation. Well other than the facilities, girl receptionist are very kind and nice, especially ahn that was trying very hard to helping us. So this hotel is not really a bad hotel, towel and sheets are clean. Just maybe we came in wrong time or bad fortune lol.
