    Shelf’s in shower almost fallen. Lights in balcony don’t work. Shampoo had a very bad small and had to ask for a replacement. Tiles in swimming pool is missing. Chairs in breakfast shacking. Venta in shower didn’t work so the whole room was hot and steamy as there is no window in the shower.

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cabana Hotel on Phi Phi Island. From the moment we arrived, the front reception staff made us feel so genuinely welcomed and well looked after — their friendliness really set the tone for the entire stay. Our room was perfect with an amazing view that went beyond our expectations. We could hear the music from the nearby nightclub very faintly, but we came prepared with earplugs and honestly didn’t even need them. We simply turned the air conditioning on turbo and slept very comfortably every night. Little touches like two fresh bottles of water provided daily were appreciated. The pool was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. All the staff were outstanding, but the reception team really stood out for their warmth and helpfulness. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel on Phi Phi. We would definitely stay here again!
