Staffs are very courteous and polite.
The included breakfast is awesome.
Also the breakfast room has free tea, coffee all day, and I enjoyed a few afternoon coffee after coming back from outings. Free self help laundry is highly treasured, it is used by many and need to plan accordingly.

Breakfast menu can be improved, and there are mosquitoes in the breakfast lounge, every time I get bitten by mosquitoes when I go for breakfast

Location was excellent. Very clean room and great staff. Breakfast was substantial with many hot dishes you would expect to find in a restaurant for lunch or dinner. Given the choice, we would have preferred a simpler breakfast option of cereal and orange juice. A short train or taxi ride would take you to the Taipei City Mall. It is huge, All underground and complete with a high end department store spread over 2 floors. The food hall is incredible with excellent choices and very reasonable prices. You could easily spend a day underground!
