    There's a receptionist that was so helpful and friendly so nice and kind that I'm not expecting at all that she upgraded my room from deluxe to executive with no additional charge. Thank you Michelle for being so nice and kind to us... You deserve a raise or promotion. Definitely I will be back due to good customer service you have in this hotel

    We love sogo hotel any branch of them but this one is our favorite! Why?? It's because of the convenience that they gave. It's near on all establishments such Malls, convenience store, transportation. It's like you get out of the hotel the trinoma mall is right there in front of the hotel. The train station is right by you're hotel. That's why we definitely coming back to this place. As the hotel all the staffs were very nice and kind. Our room is huge has 2 beds one queen size and a single bed. Aircon superb, water has hot and cold showers with bath tub. If you're a family pick the regency. We always picked the regency room because it has a lot of space. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers and want to unwind in Manila. Thank you Sogo for always making our stay enjoyable.

    Mababait naman yung staff pero sa cleanliness bagsak sila. Yung water service nila at yung pitsel ang dumi. Hindi man lang hinugasan. Maalikabok yung mga patungan. Kompara sa SOGO FAIRVIEW, SOGO NOVALICHESe and SOGO BAGONG BARRIO na napaka linis. Pero itong sa Sogo North Edsa bagsak sa cleanliness 👎👎👎
