    We tried staying here, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The property does not seem to be well-maintained, especially considering the price point. We booked this hotel mainly to get some much-needed rest after a very tiring day, as we also had another long day ahead. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning in our room was not working properly and was extremely noisy. It became so uncomfortable that at around 3 AM, in the middle of our sleep, we had to request to be transferred to another room. What was surprising was that the room we were transferred to was actually the type of room advertised when we booked — and it was noticeably better than the room we were initially given. This made us wonder why we weren’t provided with that room in the first place. We understand that issues can happen, but having to change rooms at 3 AM because of an air-conditioning problem really affected our stay, especially when our main purpose was simply to get a good night’s rest. For the price, we feel there are other hotels that offer better-maintained rooms and a more comfortable stay, even at a lower rate. Unfortunately, we don’t think we’ll be coming back. Food is good. Btw.

    Everything about the hotel was absolutely good however, I would suggest to the management that they invest in some pillows that are actually comfortable instead of rocks wrapped up in linen as they were extremely uncomfortable, and I still have neck pain from this. The shower was mildly hot. The room seems to be overrun and not well managed in terms of if I’m ordering something or buying something. It’s quickly delivered but getting the room cleaned was a problem as they didn’t seem to understand or didn’t communicate and the room was not cleaned however, I would stay again as it’s location situated between an uncle John’s and a 711 and being connected directly to SM North the Ayala Mall definitely sold it for me. Thank you.

    The room was clean and my stay was restful. This property is just a few meters from Trinoma Mall and had an easy access to the MRT North Ave Station. A bit of a hassle that you have to surrender the key card whenever you go out
