Check-in was painless, room was clean and comparable to another Novotel hotels. Dinner buffet is preffereable to limited menu
Some minor maintenance required; 2/3 of a closet door hinges were unattached, the temperature control kept blinking"Err" , so no clue what it was trying to set.

We just had one night here after a stay in Toraja before a flight out. Walking distance to the fort and lots of food options around.
The room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety and we were super impressed! Less than half an hour to the airport too.
