Audi Garden Business Hotel

It wasn't until I entered the room that I realized it's actually a ran down love motel posing as a business hotel. Hair everywhere, stained everything, and ripped up towels. You can see active mold in the shower, shower door doesn't close properly and water gets out very easily while showering. Weak water pressure and broken soap dispenser

Good value for money, but the room cleanliness was unacceptable. Overall, everything else about our stay was good. The hotel is good value for money, the receptionist was nice and helpful, and the location was convenient. We had no complaints about those aspects of our stay. However, the cleanliness of the room was a major disappointment. We checked in past 10 PM, already completely exhausted from our journey. We had a baby with us, several heavy pieces of luggage, and it was raining. Because of our situation, we were simply focused on getting settled in. After arriving at the room, we were busy calling our family members to catch up. We then went out to find something to eat. By the time we returned, it was already past midnight, and that was when we finally had the chance to properly check the room. What we found was extremely disappointing. There was still a piece of rice stuck to the blanket, and it was even still slightly soft. This made us seriously question whether the duvet cover had actually been changed and properly cleaned after the previous guest. I then checked the bedding more carefully and became concerned that the pillow covers may not have been changed either. There was also dust and hair all over the floor beside the side table where the telephone was placed. These are basic things that should have been noticed and cleaned before the room was given to a new guest. We decided not to complain at the time because we only discovered these issues after midnight. Our baby was already extremely tired, and we were exhausted as well. We were also planning to leave early the next morning, so we didn’t want to disturb the baby or go through the trouble of requesting another room at that hour. We went out after 9 AM and returned almost 11 AM simply to collect our luggage. To be fair, everything else was good—the price was reasonable, the location was convenient, and the receptionist was good. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issue really affected our overall experience. We hope the management takes this seriously and improves their housekeeping standards. A room should be properly cleaned and checked before a new guest checks in. Finding leftover food on the blanket and hair and dust on the floor is simply not acceptable. We would consider staying here again because of the value and location, but only if the housekeeping and cleanliness standards are improved.

Clean and huge room good facilities also room included breakfast very impressive near shopping mall and train station.

Honestly for the price it's sleepable but the sound proofing is terrible. We can hear laughing in the corridor and doors slamming. The worst was the cleanliness of the room (shower grout was molding) and the upkeep shows aging.
