    The hotel is located 7 minutes walking distance from the Kanazawa railway station. The rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable and amenities of good quality. The best feature of this hotel is the front office staff who are warm, friendly and helpful. Public transport, restaurants and shopping centres are all close by adding to the convenience. I strongly recommend this hotel to travellers to Kanazawa.

    Nice room and helpful English speaking staff. Parking on site for Y1000 per day. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Long way from main tourist sights. Overall recommend.

    出張はよく来ますが初めて使わせていただきました。 立地はもちろん、スタッフさんも非常に丁寧でロビーも広くて良いのですが.. お部屋のお風呂の排水は一体どうなってるのでしょうか？ 普通に湯船に浸かり(湯船に溜めたお湯は一般的な量です)、お湯を流しましたら、なんとトイレの方にまで、排水溝のゴミや埃と一緒に逆流してきまして、タオルなどで押さえながら全て戻るまで15分程度かかりました。 床もスリッパもびしょびしょ。ですのでそのままタオルを敷いたままにしていましたが、トイレを使って手を洗う時、ついタオル以外の床に足を置いたら、滑って、排水溝と風呂の壁に足の親指が挟まり抜けなくなりました。 なんとか力尽くで親指を引っ張って出し、爪なども剥がれなかったのでよかったですが、あの排水はとんでもないです。信じられません。どういうことでしょうか？ 長いことホテルに泊まりながら出張生活してますが、あんなこと初めてです。口コミ探しましたら、同じような方が過去にもいましたので、本当にあれ危ないと思います。 また、朝食。広くて良いですが、お客さんに対してスタッフが多く、教育も食べている客の横でするのは非常に落ち着かないのでやめてください。 あと、これもホテルに泊まって初めてでしたが、ハエが飛んでいて、テーブルやお皿に泊まるので、本当に落ち着かない朝食でした。少し食べてさっさと出ました。 以上2点が、ホテルの良かったところを全部打ち消してしまって残念です。排水は本当に改善してください。
