10/10 recommend for anyone traveling to Kanazawa! It is in a great location that is easy for commuting around the city, but what blew me away is their service and amenities. Their accommodations are very cozy but they really prioritize comfort. Their onsen is one of the best I’ve been to and afterwards they have unlimited yakult probiotic drinks or popsicles available to cool off afterwards. They have a manga library in the lounge on the top floor and it included all of my favorites; however, they were all in Japanese so unfortunately I did not read them again. The breakfast buffet was a combination of western and Japanese. Incredible variety and spread. The quality of tempura and sushi bowls were better than some of the shops I had outside of the hotel! At night, they also provide complimentary ramen that they prepare fresh and to order. It was such a nice stay that I almost did not want to go explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend anyone going to Japan to try this hotel at least once! If not the one in Kanazawa, then the ones in other cities, too.

The hotel is like a hybrid of luxury hotel and ryokan with a very well onsen and no shoes while providing with inclusive benefits through the day. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is really wonderful. The staff was so kind and helpful- even when I needed help booking transportation to my next destination they were so patient and kind when helping me book trains/buses. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The Onsen is fantastic and the evening Ramen is a really nice touch! The location was perfect and we were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go. I really recommend this hotel.
