The staff at Casa Quetzal are so friendly and helpful, they made us feel really welcome. The breakfast in the morning is incredible (get the chilaquiles!), the hotel is gorgeous, and our room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was exactly as advertised. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent within walking distance of everything you need. The town of Valladolid is very beautiful and filled with friendly people, culture and vitality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Casa Quetzal was so beautiful and quiet nestled in this luscious green garden. Convenient location to nice restaurants and a park to walk around in the evening when all the people are out. Across the street is the old convent of San Bernardino, which every night it shows a colorful projection display of the history of Valladolid. We enjoyed our stay in this town.
