Great location, great buffet breakfast with western and Taiwanese options, very attentive staff

Of a two weeks trip all over Taiwan, this was the best run hotel by far. What truly sets it apart is the service. The rooms are very clean and the staff aims to make the stay as comfortable for the guests as possible. In my case I wanted to send my luggage to the next hotel via t-cat, which is common in Japan but still seems to be quite rare in Taiwan. The front desk tried to assist me in every possible way to fulfill my request. They even offered to send an receiptionist to the next 7-eleven drop off location with me when hotel pickup proofed to be too complicated.
Breakfast was also great and the location of the hotel is very convenient to visit the main Attractions of Tainan on foot .
In short if you care about great location, excellent breakfast and outstanding service choose this hotel.
