    Room was pathetic, broken ac , no lights ,broken shower . Wall had mold in it . We lost our enthusiasm to see Istanbul after checking into this room

    Arrived and booked a room with street view, one of the employee great, the other guy that gave the key at reception, doesn’t care, argue and treat poorly customers. The room looks nothing like the pictures, I had a window with a staircase and a wall in the back building. I don’t recommend this place at all.
