Beautiful small family run hotel with unique architecture.
Very helpful staff saved us money on transportation to airport.
Immaculately clean. Quiet. All rooms on 2nd-4th floors open onto wrap around balcony. Open air dining on ground floor. Nice pool.
Easy walking distance to attractions: 10 min to Pub Street, 15 min to Old Market etc.
Fresh cooked simple breakfast (strong fresh brewed coffee, cheese omelette, French bread and fruit) included.
Comfy beds and strong A/C.
Couple of shortcomings:
No elevator in 4 floor hotel; but has rooms on ground floor.
Water is solar heated, so hot in afternoon and early evening; but only warm in morning. No TV, but who cares?
Such a bargain that I plan to stay there again

Very pretty building with rooms opening onto a courtyard. Dining area next to pool and fish ponds, good breezeway!

The only problem I had was some how a tonne of mosquitoes got in ate room one night I think through the fan in the bathroom room and I woke up with many bites
