Good room and all the better because it was so quiet. There are two buildings with guest rooms. The rooms in the restaurant are not where you want to stay. Book one the quiet rooms in the rear building. Better than most of the comparable options. Like almost all the others, cold at night due to absence of heat.

The staff here manages I believe multiple hotels so I had a terrible experience checking in. They didn't have much of my booking details from Expedia. I ended up in the smallest and ONLY room available even for San Cristobal standards. The second night we were moved to a much better room but the overall experience was already damaged. The hotel overall is good but probably a little pricey for all the options around. I requested to speak to a manager but ours schedules never coincided...even filled out at their request an onsite review leaving my contact info. No one ever followed up.
