Laundry was good.
Air con was a problem. The air blew at bed head even at the lowest speed. I was not comfortable and I had to turn myself a quarter round so that I could sleep well.

Great in pretty much every way, only small complaints; the air conditioners sound is noticablly loud but bearable and my rooms window had very little natural light bexause it was facing the nextdoor hotel. Real nonissues though!

The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of healthy options which we enjoyed. Rooms were clean.

AC wouldn't go below 23C. No pool despite Expedia showing a pool photo in amenities.
