    I booked this hotel as soon as BTS announced their tour and Busan was included in the schedule. I’m grateful that they honored my reservation and didn’t cancel or raise the price like some other hotels in the city. The location is excellent, and the room was just right for two people. Housekeeping kept the room clean every day, and all the facilities were well maintained and working properly. The staff were also kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience during my first trip to Busan. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

    I have a wonderful trip in Busan, and this hotel really comforting, the staff really have good cooperate and kind, they have clean rooms and good breakfast, and the best part is they have a good price. I would like to stay here again for my next trip to Busan, very recommended.

    The room is clean. Aircon facing the bed has a additional plastic panel added so AC will blow at you directly. The washing basin is outside the bath room, great setup for two people sharing the room. There is a lot of eatery nearby, the Lotte mall is nearby too.

    Near Lotte Hotel & departmental mall. Room is quite small and dark. Overall ok for short stay.
