Busan Seomyeon Park Hotel

It’s a relatively new and small hotel. everything is clean and basic. The room is spacious and location is very convenient. The staff are nice and courteous. I booked the deluxe room and indicated 3 people will stay. However, our room had only a queen mattress. When I asked if we can get extra bed, they said we couldn’t. Instead they gave us an extra blanket and thin light cushion. I guess they don’t have that service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed here and the hotel was in a great location, central to shops, food and the train. As two adults with a baby this hotel seemed like it was more for younger people. It wasn’t noisy but you could hear the other suites thumps. It could have used a better cleaning but the sheets and towels were clean, just dirty glass and floors. We didn’t spend that much time in the room so it didn’t really bother us. The room Is huge which was really nice and there was complimentary coffee and tea as well as a fridge and TV. There was some kind of clothing refresher but we couldn’t figure out how to use it. The staff were really nice and helpful and it was a perfect location. I would recommend for younger people more than families.

The hotel is more of a casual style, located on the less busy side of Seomyeon. The lobby area is actually a small hallway with the reception desk and there is only one elevator. Staff were so amazingly kind and friendly. I found it a little bit tough in the room not having a AC I could control as I was very cold. There were some stains on the furniture and the towels had holes in them. My room was large and very comfortable though. I enjoyed the clothes styler to freshen my clothes. It's a convenient place to stay surrounded by other hotels and plenty of restaurants nearby. The subway is about 10min walk away and bus stop is about 1 min away from the hotel. It's a good hotel to stay if you're not looking for anything fancy.

Location - Definitely not suitable if you are travelling with kid (esp. younger kid or toddler) because the hotel is surrounded by PUBs (there is one just right down there with cigarette and bottles around. It just a bit off tbh. Price: well i guess it was ok but i needed to pay extra even if i booked standard room with 2 adults and 1 kid which was ALLOWED by Agoda, upon arrival, hotel said it is NOT allowed and it is Agoda's fault to list 2 adults and 1 kid allowed for standard room. i had to pay extra to upgrade to another room which allowed 3 people. 3. well, i guess i jut didn't notice that check in time was 7pm(1900hrs) as i did upgrade the room to 3 people roo, i could have my check in time at 6pm (1800hrs), i dont know if it is normal. they said different rooms have different check-in time. again - would i stay there again ? No, as there are plenty of choice there in Busan.
