    酒店位于老城市中心，是几十年的老房子，设施陈旧，但是好歹有电梯。外面就是大马路，晚上很吵，只能住一两晚过渡一下。

    I stayed in what was supposed to be a 4-bed dorm, but they had added an extra bed, making it practically a 5-bed room. Some of the staff were quite rude, so I only treated the place as somewhere to sleep and generally avoided any interaction with them. One particularly unprofessional and uneducated staff member ***. Once, while I was sitting in a chair eating and talking on the phone with a friend, just because I had an earring in my right ear, he video-called his friend, pointed the camera at me, and loudly said in Arabic that I was gay, then laughed about it with his friend. I don't know Arabic, but thankfully, my friend overheard this and told me over the phone. For my own safety, I didn’t confront him. You better stay away from him *** Returning to the hotel itself, the kitchen was dirty, the shared bathrooms were only moderately clean, and the room had no balcony—only a window. The hotel was located in a rundown building, accessible via a grimy elevator. For the same price, you could definitely find a much better hotel. But the location is good, at the center Cairo.
