    This is an ideal hotel /apartment if your on a traveling budget... location is OK. With a free shuttle service to the BTS. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good jight market close by.

    Stayed here many times before, like On Nut area,good location, staff excellent, 7 Eleven across road, plenty places to eat close buy,Thai cafes,Tesco Lotus,Big C etc. Had fried rice chicken & egg ,free water for 60 baht,cafe not far towards right of KV . Last year left my Pod charging when went to Airport, sent them email they kept for me ,collected in March ,rooms have microwave Big Fridge, Smart big screen TV,kettle, 2 bottles water,good bed,nice duvet etc, walk in shower, good value for money, recommend 👍

    Overall, the facility was OK. Nothing was great, just average. But the staff was really odd. The front desk woman had sleeping eye wear on her forehead, and she would waive her hand and summon you forward to do business with you, to check in or check out. Not making eye contact being somewhat dismissive. Example, asking is everything OK? Are we good to check out. She stared down at the desk for 10 seconds and then waved her hand at us. Same at the check-in. She was in another office behind the registration desk. We were confused at first as where to go. Then she waved her hand, but did not make eye contact and continued to talk to someone else. When we went in there, she never made eye contact. She seem very bothered that we were even checking in at all. Didn’t tell us check in or check out time, explain the Wi-Fi situation, or any of the normal practices upon checking in. It was awkward and cold.. And then we tried to take the free shuttle to the mall. Walked over to the security officer/shuttle driver. When my partner who is Thai and obviously speaks fluent Thai asks how do we take the shuttle, or where should we go? He pointed to some tuk tuks and waved his hand angrily why he stared at his phone. A few seconds later, he screamed at his phone and I could see he was gambling. We were confused where we were supposed to go and he continued to yell at his phone and ignored us so we ended up walking to the mall.
