    The rate is too high, too expensive, but it has pool and onsen, and free drinks.

    We booked this hotel because it said it had a pool. They do but its only filled up with water starting in July through ?. Make sure its available if your booking for this. The all you can eat Buffet for 8,000 yen was not a good deal. Save your money, it was not worth it. Breakfast was OK but again I have seen much better buffet. Make sure you look at the food served prior to purchasing the buffet. My family of three spent 24,000 yen and we had better buffet for 1/3 of the price. The hotel is in a great location and onsen was nice. We were only there for 1 night and we checked in at 4pm and left exactly at 10 am. Would I stay there again, not sure but I would look for a Japanese hotel chain prior to booking this one. This is a French hotel chain. I go to Japan every year for about 1 to 1.5 months. I learned if your a deal shopper, not to go to foreign owned hotels. Not a rule, but I felt prices were inflated at this one.

    We loved the ocean-view room, the spacious hot spring bath, and the peaceful location. The hotel is a bit far from the city, but it's no problem if you have a car. My daughter and I enjoyed a relaxing beach walk while my husband sipped on the complimentary welcome drink—free Japanese sake! Incredible service!
