Ok so there's a drop ceiling in the bath but it was clean! The whole facilty was very clean. Hugeaff pool with hot tub. Gym area. Great breakfast with pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast. Make your own waffles. Kind

Our stay was awful. Staff was nice. We were kept up all night by the people in the next room over. We had to leave our vacationas soon as we checked out to go home so everyone could get some rest. We got no sleep and it was very unfair that our whole Sunday plans were ruined because of that. It was the worst stay we have had as a family. People in the next room were running up and down the hallway slamming the door. Yelling at each other and cursing. My 2 and 5 year old were literally scared. Im really disappointed and we wasted money. I told 2 front desk people I wanted to talk to a manager. They didnt seem to care that we were inconvenienced and not able to sleep. Asked for a manager but there wasn't one on location. I do plan to take this to corporate. Its inappropriate and unfair.
