    Female staff member in the middle, I think her name is Jiyeon was very bad. I am a native Korean speaker and came with a group of non-Koreans from Austraila. No visa required, but apparently the customs need to put some sticker on our passports. I had this from my previous trip and went through express lane at the airport. So I didnt know they also got these stickers only they stuck the stickers on a random page in the passport. So this Jiyeon goes through each page and seems all pissed off and making creases in the pages without care. I do not like documents being handled this way. She then triumphantly says "You dont have visa. You can't stay here." I was perplexed and a bit embarrased in front of the group. I started querying and did a quick google search and said in Korean "Did you not know that we currently do not require visa". She then retorted saying she does. And then she asked for proof of AU residency. We all handed our driver licences apparently that was acceptable. And somehow, she found those stickers in the passport and asked us for our passports all over again. In the meantime, other staff looked nervous like they were always having to deal with her mood swings and tantrums. I will make a complaint to the MD. I used to love staying here but being treated like Tom Hanks in terminal is honestly a laughable situation when I've paid money through agoda already. I hate koreans treating foreigners like sh1t. I always notice as soon as a native speaker busts their balls, they all go quiet. What a bloody show this was.

    Great for my family traveling. 2 big beds , very clean and so close to everything. Right next to Subway station. Tons of food , shopping around. Would stay here again.
