Really enjoyed staying at MaiMorn but one thing that kept me is why don’t they treat breakfast to the guests. It will be a pretty perfect stay if they treat breakfast to the guests.

The pool is definitely the highlight. Our particular room was away from the pool and felt a bit more like a motel stay, but still great value for the promo we got (around **CAD/ night). An area for improvement might be better pest control, as we did find and kill a large cockroach in our room....

The location is very chaotic, but central enough for Phuket or if you fancy spending a night next to the cemetery. There was no parking as there’s a restaurant right next to it and given that there are loads of room here but the parking is way way on the other side in the pitch black area. The staffs are unprofessional and the service is horrible. I have to walk up and said Hi before getting any attentions from probably 4 staffs at the reception that were just chatting among themselves. They messed up my room arrangement and the AC also was not working when we initially entered the room. I reported to the staff very politely and they were confuse (I was speaking in Thai) and came to check and said they have no idea. We have to wait until 7pm to be able to enter the room again. We overhear them saying that I was a difficult client and too demanding, when all I asked was a simple request of what I paid for. The hotel is probably kids friendly as the room we initially agreed on was the Pool View room and it was super loud with kids playing outside until 10pm and some people drinking outside the yard next to the room. The room was big enough, the AC’s filter was filled with dust. The bed is solid rock, might as well role play as the Flintstone’s family while you are here. The space was massive and seems nice from the picture but overall is subpar. If you walk a little bit further down to the tiny pond you would also found a massive buries/cemetery of possibly the ancestors of the owner chilling the back right next to the pond. Would never ever recommend it anywhere but it was good price for the Songkran period - so think again before booking.
