I chose here to stay because my fiend and I were watching a concert at the international congress centre and it’s within walking distance. The hotel is lot so much of a hotel, I think it used to be an apartment complex and now was turned into a hotel. You are only given one room key so we can leave your key at the front desk if you have two people staying in the same room and have to leave at seperate times. The room is big comparing to a standard hotel with a small kitchen and washing machine etc. It’s also not too far from Tenjin shopping streets and Hakata station. Just need to take the bus. Overall, pretty decent place to stay

The kitchenette was not equipped with any amenities or supplies. The bed was far too small for two people. The hotel feels old and poorly maintained, with even spider webs on the door. Instructions for turning on the hot water were unclear and confusing, and we needed assistance from staff to figure it out. The breakfast was quite good, which was the main positive aspect of our stay.

The place is very old and doesn’t feel comfortable. It was the cheapest option we found in the city, but even so, nearly *** per night is not a small amount, and I expected more for that price. The apartment is outdated and rusty. It was fairly clean, but I still didn’t feel comfortable staying there.
