The property feels very secure and safe. The location is very convenient. Rooms are cleaned daily and the property is very clean as well. The staff are very friendly and very helpful specially Raul who works at the front desk, Christian and Jesus. The free breakfast is delicious.
The stairs leading to my 3rd floor room are a little bit steep. You just have to be extra careful.

Considering a price and location, I think it was a good price. Rooms are small, but we use them only for sleep. Staff is very friendly, and breakfast very good

The hotel is right near all of the historic center sites so it is only a quick walk to get to. The hotel is an old Spanish-colonial style building, so you feel like you’ve stepped back in time BUT the bathroom and all the amenities are modern. The staff was wonderful; I had an early morning tour and the owner prepared me breakfast so that I could have coffee, and another staff member made sure I got in my Uber to the airport late at night. I felt incredibly safe here and will stay here again when in Quito.
