Breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was both good and bad. Very close to centro historico, but also meant hearing decent amount of traffic into the night and early morning.
The shower water temperature was very temperamental. Hard to take a fast but decent shower, as water went between scalding and cold very fast. The sheets did not fit the bed and kept slipping off, leaving contact to plastic covered mattress.

Friendly staff, location is close to town centre and several restaurants. 5minute walk from central hub to catch a taxi where needed

I had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this hotel. I stay at the hotel twice. The location was convenient for the Historic Centre, the room 304 was clean, comfortable, the shower was hot and the breakfast was good. The staff were welcoming and always happy to help. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Location was great. Staff was pleasant.
Shower was burning hot, then ice cold then burning hot in a matter of minutes. No bath mat or hand towel provided. Bed was hard as a rock. Room was clean but very bare. And they messed up my reservation and didn’t have the room I had reserved available.
