    It's a very spacious place overlooking the Santiago Beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Only set-back was when I checked in I was given the key to the room but when I got to the room, some guests have not yet left. This was about 1:30pm. However, 5 cleaners came to clean & set up the room in 30 mins. I was given chair to sit outside.

    I really enjoyed the place and the beautiful view, and the room was comfortable. However, I have one concern that I hope the management can address to improve the guest experience. After a long day of activities and exploring, guests naturally want to relax and unwind in their rooms. Unfortunately, the TV was not fully functional, as only one channel was available and the Cignal service needed to be reloaded. We informed the staff about the issue twice, but unfortunately, no action was taken during our stay. Overall, I liked the place, but I hope the management can improve its responsiveness to guest concerns and ensure that the room amenities are working properly. Small details like these can make a big difference in a guest's overall experience.
