    Our experience at Road Lodge Cape Town was very disappointing. The receptionist who assisted us was rude, unfriendly, and didn't even greet us when we arrived, which made us feel unwelcome from the start. We were told that a ground-floor room was our only option, but this turned out to be extremely noisy. Throughout the night we could hear conversations and activity at the reception desk, making it difficult to sleep. Early the next morning, we were also disturbed by the noise from the lounge area where breakfast was being served, as our room was right next to it. Overall, the customer service and lack of consideration for guests' comfort made this a poor experience. I would not recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful night's rest.
