The hotel itself, garden, pools, sea and views were all amazing. However, the overall service quality fell significantly short of expectations.
Key issues experienced:
* Drink quality was poor throughout the stay
* A broken lamp in the room was reported to guest relations but never resolved
* Staff lacked basic location/facility knowledge when asked
* Long queues for snacks
* No available seating at evening events
* Despite receiving calls from reception every evening about feedback, problems were only discussed never actually fixed
The time and resources spent on follow-up calls and feedback forms could be redirected toward actually resolving guest complaints. Proactive problem solving would make a far bigger difference than repeated checks that lead nowhere.

Nice facility however, staff are not polite and the restaurant and rooms are not clean. Food was very average and bed not confortable. Pools, garden and kids club are very nice.
