This hotel is exceptional. Everything was fantastic about the stay, we were not expecting such a good experience. The staff were very professional and very competent. The food was first class,.... the best fried chicken I have ever tasted! Facilities were excellent, loved having an indoor pool to get some swimming in even when it was chilly outside. The entertainment in the bar in the evening was great. The room was bright and clean. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience apart from I wish we'd stayed longer!

Frankly speaking we really enjoyed our short vacation in Akra Hotel. First of all very friendly and helpful staff. Sauna, swimming pools were great. Clean premises and local staff do their best to keep it this way. Restaurant served huge variety of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner (which we liked much more than food in A la carte restaurants).
I would really suggest you to focus on local (Turkish) food instead of serving Italian cuisine in your A la carte restaurants for dinner. Probably for us A la carte restaurants were kind of disappointment. Nothing special, service quite poor (one evening we were waiting for menu about 10 min and breads we got after another 10 min), pairing Turkish wine with Italian food was also nonsense.
