Amazing clean, great staff and the best pool table

The stay was acceptable for the price, and some staff were very professional—Mark on the phone and a tall female front-desk staff member who wears glasses handled everything politely and efficiently.
During my first visit, my phone was completely dead, and I needed to charge it to complete my reservation. While I was actively doing that, one male staff member falsely accused me of being there “almost an hour” and claimed I had no reservation. Neither was true. He repeatedly resisted my simple request to finish for just a few minutes, creating unnecessary stress, even though I was almost done and only needed a moment to finalize things. His attitude and behavior were completely unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational.

A quick weekend trip so didn't take advantage of the amenities offered. But kitchen was always clean and had all the items needed. Room was clean and I was warm at night. Location was amazing!
