The place was clean and in the location relatively nearby the metro station and other means of transportation. There was a common area where the kitchen is, but we did not use it. Instructions for check-in were communicated well and everything was smooth.

The Zen atmosphere of the room. The spare furnishings and morning sunlight are perfect for me. Private bathroom is great.
Thin walls. I did not see the person in the room next to mine, but coughing and occasional phone conversations were too loud to ignore. I realize a landlord has little control over this, so it is not reflected in my scores.
