I stated this Hotel six times and nothing has changed their lovely people. Very clean and tidy rooms clean tidy every single day in new towels new bedding. The staff are so friendly but how do you recommend? As I said I’ll be your Photos location is perfect.

Lovely staff, but noise from tree town bit is a bit excessive between 7pm and 2am, if you are out partying every night stay there it's fine

This used to be a great hotel years ago, but unfortunately it has changed a lot. Many things in the rooms no longer work properly, including the air conditioning, telephone, and shower. If you sleep late and request housekeeping after 3:00 or 4:00 PM, don’t expect your room to be cleaned. Housekeeping appears to leave early, possibly because the hotel is understaffed or trying to reduce labor costs. The hotel used to have bedside lamps, but they have been removed. As a result, the rooms are poorly lit, making it difficult to tell whether the room, bed linens, or furniture are actually clean. I was even told to turn off the air conditioner whenever I left the room to save electricity. However, modern air conditioners regulate themselves and should cycle off once the room reaches the set temperature. The hotel also requires a deposit if you want an extra key card. This means most guests only have one key, so whenever you leave the room, you have to take it with you. Since the key card controls the room’s power, the air conditioning shuts off completely. When you return, the room is hot, humid, and often has an unpleasant smell. If housekeeping forgets to leave toilet paper and it’s after 4:00 PM, you either have to wait until the receptionist has time to bring you some or go to the front desk and get it yourself. If you experience problems with your room and request to be moved to another room, don’t expect much help. My request for a room change was denied despite reporting multiple issues. Overall, I found the management to be poor and the staff unwilling to resolve customer concerns. I understand the staff may be dealing with their own workplace challenges, but guests should not have to experience poor service because of it. I hope management takes these comments seriously and restores the hotel to the quality it once had.
