    Your fantastic staff are a credit to the hotel. I received a warm welcoming arrival and found this manner extended throughout the hotel. I have stayed in various hotels in Jamaica including all inclusive. This was my best experience ever of feeling welcome and supported. Nothing was too much trouble including a member of staff helping me with my phone which wouldn't charge up. An adaptor was found on reception which worked for my phone. So grateful as I was travelling solo and panicking! I would fully recommend this hotel. It is stylish with it's own pool and breakfast included. The beach over the road. Support Jamaican owned hotels if you can and this is one of them!
