The resort was clean and the staff was very welcoming. Each member was very polite. I travelled for business and to say I felt catered to. My room was clean and freash. Came in after a long day and the cleanliness was inviting and the bed was welcoming. Thank you.

Loved everything about this hotel. Beachfront, and close to everything. Amazing value. If you don’t want the all inclusive hotels, this hotel is perfect.
    6.4 / 10Average·Jun 2026
I can easily say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I will absolutely never go back. The only saving grace was that some of the staff members were nice, but the overall experience was terrible. The rooms have a horrible, old smell that I just could not tolerate. When I brought it up, a staff member told me the smell was coming from the furniture, but it made the room incredibly unpleasant to be in. On top of the awful odor, I was constantly dealing with insect bites. To make matters worse, their food and drinks are very expensive for what you get. I felt completely uncomfortable the entire time and ended up just counting down the days, staying only because my time was up. Save your money and look elsewhere.
