    The hotel is clean and comfortable. Recommended for solo traveler too! Will definitely book when I go to Jeju again!

    Near to shopping place, food and Lotte city hotel which is the usual local tour pick up place. There’s a CU convenience store on the opposite side and 7/11 just a few steps away. The room is clean and well maintained. Previously was known as amber hotel. However, we can’t on the air conditioning. It was quite hot and stuffy during autumn even though we open the windows.

    The RUDE LADY at the front desk refused to look at us when we tried to speak with her . She showed us with one hand to shoo us away from the reception desk without lifting up her head . That’s was the day of our check out .. Our conclusion is that she hates her job badly and does not like to meet with anyone at all. She shouldn’t be tasked with a front desk job . She was the WORST IMAGE of Amber Hotel Jeju
