    They should really swap the H in Hotel for the M in Motel. It's merely adequate. I can't imagine paying top dollar there in high season but the rate for a weekend night in January was alright. But PLEASE get new mattresses. I woke up achey from a far too soft mattress with a crater in the middle of it. The room is ok-- banal motel. Heat was more than adequate --on a cold, snowy day. They'd do well with a refresh, not hard to achieve. Given the zip code, they could up their rates. But it is what it is.
